I've just received an e-mail from one of the immigration officers from NB Population Growth and thank god na kailangan lang palitan yung NOC code ko and no ADR na hiningi. Hopefully masama na sa nomination sa next draw. Think positive..

here's the content of the e-mail:

I’ve just completed a second review of your application for permanent residency in Canada . After reviewing your reference letters we have changed the NOC code you are applying under to NOC 2173 , as it better reflects your main duties . You do not need to provide any additional information to us , however please update your online express entry profile to reflect this change in NOC code .

Please share your timeline with us that is what date of info session you attend if you did, a masked version of your PNP number, and the date you sent your EOI if that was what you did. I got the same email after my 2nd ADR. After nyan, may management level review pa and that should take another week (based on my timeline). But having said that, almost sure na ang nomination mo pag ganyan...it's just a matter of time Advance Congrats

I got a similar email as well last night pero humihingi lang sila ng job descriptions for the COE. Hopefully satisfied na sila once ma-send namin yung ADR.

Hi xquizit, hindi po ba nkalagay sa coe nyo ang job description/duties nyo po kaya nila hiningi? Will they emphasize sa email nila if you have to send your docs for ADR by email or courier?

Yup hindi nakalagay sa COE yung job descriptions e. Job titles lang. Kasi yun yung prescribed format ng employers. So ngayon, kelangan kong pilitin yung mga employers na ilagay ang full job descriptions sa COE... Which I should have already done in the first place.

Yes they specified in the email that the reference letters should be original and signed by the employer. So definitely kelangan i-courier.

They usually send out nominations a day before draw date (Tuesday), or the Friday prior to the draw date. I got mine Friday, kaso late lang dumating yung formal letter hehe.

For NBI Clearance. Pwede ba ako kumuha kahit saang lugar sa Pilipinas ng NBI clearance? Nakatira kase kame Manila, tapos, we are going to Legazpi. Balak ko lakarin na rin yung NBI clearance ko dun. Wala ba issue yun?
