IELTS scan is not required at the CIC stage, although some candidates (yours truly) do it, many who did not include the IELTS scan have been able to get PPR anyway. You just need to enter the TRF number and scores.

Make sure your IELTS test is still valid on the day you submit your PR application, so make sure your AOR for PR will be October 31 unless you take a new IELTS test.

Ano po yung basis ng AOR date? Kailangan po ba submitted na lahat ng documents including medical? Yung IELTS ko kasi mageexpire rin ng November, so plano ko...magretake ako by September kung wala pa 'good news'...pero in case makahabol at mabigyan ako ng ITA before November, anong documents po yung kailangan iupload para maconsider na AOR na yung status ko sa EE?

yes all documents and payment. There will be a letter of acknowledgment when you submit. That's AOR.
The list of documents is practically the same as what you sent NBPNP plus medicals and PCCs

After mkapagsubmit ng full app sa NB, if let's say hindi successful or not nominated, mag-iinform din kaya sila sa result via a letter or email? Or wala lang balita?

1. how did you manually sign the EOI form you took with you for your info session - download the form. just fill -up the EOI form (manually or computerized) to show that you meet the minimum 67 points. also, bring your ECA and IELTS
2. was this same EOI collected from you at the info session - yes, if you are qualified, ashraf or jake will get the EOI
3. Are you saying we still have to send another EOI form with full application after given a verbal ITA - yes, you still need to attach a copy of your EOI together with you full application after the verbal ITA

Final question please....

i was thinking about the possibility of submitting my full application right there at the info session after getting the verbal ITA, since it was written that one would be advised to submit full application IMMEDIATELY.

So if i go with all my filled forms and documents, can i just submit my full application there once and for all?

You can try, but I would guess that the promotions team (touring around the world) is different from the processing team (in New Brunswick).

AFAIK, they send out an email notifying the rejection and the reasons.

It takes up to 48 hours. If it's been longer, send a CSE. This is a sadly common technical glitch.
