You can claim points for type A B or O.. So you can only claim for NOC 0601. since 6552 is type C

Just did my computation and I will only end at 64points, so that means I can no longer submit EOI? It says a minimum score of 67 points is required. Thanks again.

Hi bliss.. if u have a partner/spouse, you can claim 5points for their IELTS. That would be a big help.. and/or improve your IELTS score also.

That's what I thought too. Anyway, they only require minimum CLB4 for spouse :) One more question, is it true that if you have a close relative in other province you will not be allowed to submit EOI or even attend the ingo seasion? I declared in my express entry account that I have an one. Thank you so much.

The first degree relative has to be a PR in NB.

Basically you can submit an EOI anytime but without a direct relative or info session attendance, your EOI will just be sitting in the dust. They've opened an Open category recently but the chances of getting an invite are slim.

Thanks for the info LokiJr01. I'm referring to a close relative (aunt) in ON, will it be taken against my application? Coz some provinces would do that like Manitoba. And should that be misrepresetation if I don't declare that? Thanks :)

Yeah they will take it against you if you don't declare.
Give NB a try. ;D

Hi,

Favor po.. Please ask sa mga speakers:

1. What is the new ETA for Nomination upon AOR? since we are mostly more than 10weeks now and still no feedback.

2. Is there a thing like if this waiting period is done, say 15weeks (waiting for nomination), that means they are no longer reviewing ur application?.... will they even send an email/report informing us that we are not nominated and the reasons behind it?

If you indicate in the info session questionnaire "yes" you have a relative in a different province - then you will not be able to get an invite to attend the session.
However, you may choose to put "no" - but down the line it could be grounds for misrepresentation.
NB discourages applicants with relatives outside of NB.

Mautak din si NB e. Alam nilang better off ang ibang provinces sa kanila so having an applicant with a relative living elsewhere is red flag to them since that's like saying "I only need you to get to Canada and I plan to live with my relatives anyway" hehe.

Hi sir mark
Will try to let my friend ask
