Yup auto-email ung 1st email pra malaman mo ung submission id mo.
Then next email meron confirmation sa venue location at time,
pa ko pinalad that time since employer driven na ung info session :(

Hopefully this time maging positive na since 4 Atlantic Provinces ang
kasama sa Atlantic immigration program nila. :) Kaya super goodluck
to all of us and Prayers din. ;)
3-5days prior sa date talaga? hindi 1 week or 2 weeks before?

Di ba valid for 2 years yung info session?

Yes, good luck sa atin and dasal lang talaga! :)

@Tomguts33 Same question. I was wondering kung once nareceive yung confirmation email ay sure ball na yung slot dun sa info session. Kasi right now ang hinihintay natin is ung venue. I agree with you na kailangan na magbook para mas makamura ng konti para satin mga OFW.
Si @dimp75 ba ask mo about sa field? pero sagutin ko na din, IT si hubby (principal applicant). ;D kaw anong field mo @Tomguts33?

Same ba kayo ng hubby mo na IT?

@Tomguts33 - No. Admin work ako. Onga, yun din habol namin. Sana makakuha ng job offer. Mas less pa ang show money, nasa 5k CAD lang ata (correct me if im wrong).

@dreyven06 - For proof of funds po ba yang personal net worth? Unless gusto mo ilagay ung equivalent value ng PHP account mo to CAD. Tama ba? I'm not 100% sure so let's ask help from senior forumers, wala pa kami sa stage na yan e. :-[

Proof of funds – Skilled immigrants (Atlantic Immigration Pilot)
Note: We update these numbers every year based on 12.5 per cent of the low income cut-off totals. You may want to double-check that you still have enough money, based on the new cut-off, to support your family if you immigrate to Canada. This change is small but there is a chance it could affect your eligibility.
You must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada unless you are working in Canada under a valid work permit.

You cannot borrow this money from another person. You must be able to use this money to pay the costs of living for your family (even if they are not coming with you).

You will need to show proof to the Canadian visa office in your home country that you have enough money when you apply to immigrate.

The amount of money you need to support your family is set by the size of your family. We update these amounts every year.

Number of Family Members
(including those you support that aren’t immigrating with you) Funds Required
(in Canadian dollars)
1 $3,075
2 $3,828
3 $4,706
4 $5,714
5 $6,481
6 $7,309
7 or more $8,138
How much money should you bring?
It is a good idea to research how much it costs to live in the place where you plan to settle in Canada.

Bring as much money as you can to make moving and finding a home in Canada easier. Note, however, that Canadian customs regulations require you to declare if you are bringing more than CAN$10,000 into Canada. If you do not tell them, you may be fined, and your funds could be seized. These funds could be in the form of:

cash,
documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.), or
documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders).

Sa Feb 16 kami.. ;)

Thanks for the info Scargee. I am completely unaware of this. May ibang POF requirement pala itong AIP. Pero based on this list, mas magiging magaan para sa atin ang mag generate ng POF kaysa dun sa standard ng CIC. Family of 4 kami so I need atleast 23k pag dun, buti dito 5.7K lang. :) Good luck to us!!

Yes! Kaya gusto din namin na i-pursue talaga itong AIP basta may makuhang job offer! Family of 3 naman kami. Tama ka mabigat yung POF sa CIC. i think kaya mababa ang requirement dito sa AIP dahil nga pag nakakuha ka job offer, pag land mo dun may work ka na agad.

I think we should create a new topic for AIP! ;D

Ung Nov session is Employer driven na kaya di na pasok
sa Second Option, nilinaw nla yn during the session kaya
di na tlga pde.
Ska based from their website naka-temporary hold ang
Second option as of now kaya no choice tyo but to try
our luck sa mga Employers na darating dto by April.

I see. So more or less di naman pala mababago yung schedule so safe na magbook ng flight.
