question po re gift deed...what if the cash given to you was not deposited in the bank by your parents...as in cold cash xa ibbgay kc they just have it in their safe...old fashioned so they dont believe in savings/bank account..what will be my supporting documents aside dun sa deposit slip ko pag nadeposit ko na and LOE..

ipa-affidavit niyo po na may ibibigay na lump sum ang parents niyo.
If that's too much of a hassle and you have time, you can slip in a few thousand pesos into your account every month until you have all the amount in.

question again dun po sa mga naka tanggap ng verbal ITA may i-attach pa ba sa documents na isusubmit sa CIC like yung attendance sheet or yung confirmation e-mail regarding sa session? also for those who pay using credit card ano nilagay nyo sa civic number and street type? Thanks

For everyone's information, I called and spoke with Jake Arbuckle yesterday and people who have received a verbal ITA don't need send an EOI email. Apparently this is the first time they have given a verbal ITA and they are testing it out and how it goes. I guess you can attach the confirmation email from the Information Session just to be sure, but I don't see the need because they already have your EOI in their records. Plus, you need to print out your EOI again anyway and place it on top of all your documents.

Tinanong ko rin si Jake about the Civic number and Street type e. Civic Number is the number of your house. Street type is the kind of street (i.e. Avenue, Boulevard, etc.)

ano po yung previous application na nasend nyo nung may 1? eoi or full application na mismo? so pwede po bang makakuha ng ITA kahit hindi pumunta sa info session? na miss ko kasi yung info session, pwede pa rin bang mag try mag submit?

Hi! Kailangan po na naka-attend kayo ng info session before kayo magsubmit ng EOI, and pag qualified, makatanggap ng ITA. Unless po may relative kayo dun, nag-aral or nagwork sa NB, may job offer, or marunong ng French, pwede po kayo magsubmit ng EOI under Connection to NB Category. Or, kung yung NOC nyo po falls under 2171, 2172, 2174, 2175 or 2281, pwede din kayong magsubmit ng EOI under Open Category.

Hi All,

Nag attend kami ng info session last june 12 and got our ita and was told to submit our docs within 45 days.

However, financially hindi pa kami ready. Magipon muna kami and settle debt and we plan to submit by 4th quarter this year. Gusto namin malinis and no questions asked regarding sa bank statement namin by the time na magsubmit kami kasi.

May nabigyan ba sainyo ng ita at hindi din muna magsusubmit?
Bale pag magsubmit kami eoi ulit muna siya at maghihintay kami ng ita ba ulit?

Yes, submit ulit EOI and wait for ITA. 45 days lang kasi valid ang ITA. Good luck!

para sa mga naka verbal ITA, kailangan nyo pa bang mag submit ng EOI o derecho full application na? so never kayong nag submit ng EOI?

To understand the entire process, you always need to submit an EOI, and NB must assess you before they tell you to submit the full application to them.
In summary it looks like this:
Step 1 - Submit EOI via Email
Step 2 - NB Assesses EOI
Step 3 - NB instructs you to send full application (ITA)
Step 4 - Applicant sends all documentations via courier
Step 5 - NB acknowledges receipt of documents (AOR)
Step 6 - NB screens the documents (aka the long and agonizing wait)
Step 7 - NB approves your application and nominates you (+600 points to EE!)

If you attend the recent Info Sessions, the verbal ITA allows you to go straight to Step 4 if you meet the following:
#1 You personally attended the session
#2 You have a filled up EOI Form, IELTS, ECA with you
#3 NB (on the spot) positively assesses your form
#4 You send the documents within 45 days

dun po sa mga pumunta ng info session kelangan po mag bigay ng filled up paper EOI, you need to have also po your IELTS and ECA so they can assess you on the spot. If you meet the required points and they think na qualified yung NOC mo they will get your EOI. As I've heard ilalagay nila lahat sa isang spreadsheet yung mga names na kinuha nilang EOI then they will require you to submit your full documents within 45 days.
