Nagkaproblema ako noong humingi ako ng Certified Job Description sa HR namin. Due to company policies, hindi sila nagbibigay ng document na ito. Ngayon, ang alternative documents na hiningi sa akin ng consultancy ay notarized explanation letter from me kung bakit hindi ako makakabigay ng CJD kasama na yung information na nasabi mo except the supervisor's signature, at letter from HR about the non-issuance of CJD with HR manager's photocopied ID.
I trust my consultancy on this matter kasi sabi nila meron silang clients like in my case na successful sa kanilang application. Pero, there's still a doubt in me na baka iba yung sistema ng NBPNP sa validation ng work documents lalo na regarding CJD.
