Can anybody tell me what would be the registration link to apply for NBPNP Abu Dhabi Session?

These sessions are for certain occupations..So not everyone can attend I suppose..

My understanding is that preference would be given to the in demand occupations in the second category.
If you qualify for the NBPNP program then you might as well give it a bash, you've got nothing to lose?

to sign for one of these sessions -at least if you are in Dubai- the following is required:

You must have experience in one of the professions listed below:

Information technology:

programmers; analysts; database administration, QA, network administrators and technical customer support


Business and financial analysts

Retail trade managers


Accounting technicians and bookkeepers

Restaurant and hospitality managers; cooks; and chefs


Translators (English-French)

Manufacturing managers

Bilingual administrative assistants (French-English and English-French)

^ Yes, they will be checking your NOC during the interview. So if your occupation is entirely different from those listed, you might be better off in the Open category...although it would not hurt to attend the info session as well (worth your time for sure!).

I want to ask about my work experience that will be 6 years on 13/8/2016 , what should I write in experience field in the EOI . Knowing that any process time from CIC will be much longer .

You declare what you have based on the date you completed and signed the form. So if you are turning 8 years in October, you write "7" in the form since it's not yet October.

I received confirmation email of registration from NBPNP in Dubai session. But I do not have IELTS and ECA assessment at the moment and will get them only in August so it is not possible to fill in EOI. Is it still possible to attend information session?

Hi. You can still go to the info session without your IELTS and ECA .However, you will miss the oppurtunity to be interviewed by the NB representative since they require those two above plus the completed EOI form.

Once you have your IELTS and ECA ready, you can submit your EOI by email together with other neededdocx mentioned in website. Your attendance in the info session is valid for two years so give it a go.

Hi Guys, I am from Singapore and last night i registered Abu Dhabi information session 14:00pm on 17th July and also sent out my full resume and IELTS score to promotions.

Could someone please tell me generally it takes how long for them to reply? I need their confirmation email urgently for book air ticket for attending next Sunday. or can I just use auto-reply email which i received after I signed up. is the submission number indicated on that auto-reply email same as authorization email? can i go ahead to book ticket or not or should i wait confirmation from promotions? what if they will not reply? so eager to attend that session!

btw, my profession is tax associate, is this consider under "Accounting and bookkepping", actually my job also includes some finncial analysis, but dont know what code should I put, apprecaite someone could help me, thank you in advance.

It is safer to wait for their email before you book your flight and accommodation. Based on their info session schedule page, they clearly indicate the following:

"Important: We do not allow registrations from non-residents/non-citizens without written authorisation from our office. If you want to travel to another country for an information session and you want to use this participation towards your eligibility for NBPNP, you should email us with your profession and language test results in the email body and a full resume in attachement at: promotions@gnb.ca >>>Please do not make travel arrangements before receiving a confirmation from our office, we will respond only to people who we will invite so if you do not receive an answer it means we do not believe your attendance will generate an invitation to apply based on your profession (check Table 1 in the Eligibility Requirements page)! "

You have to receive a confirmation email from them allowing you attend the session with the location details and timings. If you didnt hear from them, it wouldn't hurt I guess to follow up or resend your email with the required documents.

So that means its possible to attend the session even if the is NOC not listed?,,because the login does ask whether the occupations falls under one of the listed occupations and it seems Im not eligible...Thats why I was confused..whats open category?

Thank you for for kind advice SAflower, wow 24 hours how lucky u r.... wish i could receive positive news these two days too. If no reply by this Thursday I guess no hope for me and can forget about NBPNP le . Btw, may I also check with you what do you mean Canadian format? They have special designed format? I just sent them the usual resume i sent for application of job , and My NOC code is 1111. not exactly same as the 1131 (Accounting Technician and bookkeeping), dont know meet their requirement or not. finger crossed.

There is a section " Why are you a good candidate for NB' - How do we fill this?
