Just go to your local police station - identification department, tell them that you needed to get your fingerprints, asked for the calling card of the officer who assisted you for your finger prints. After getting your fingerprints have that form notarized by the duky authorized representative of the Philippine Consulate in your Province. After being notarized send it to Philippine Consulate Vancouver for consularization. Once it is returned to you, you can send it to Philippines and have one of your family member apply it on your behalf.Princess029 said:Hi guys, I have problem getting my NBI. When I applied my PR applications under family sponsorship I sent my Police Certificate along with my application but then its taking forever to process Inland sponsorship now my police certificate expires a so CIC asked me a new one. So my problem is I sent out my NBI form with my finger prints on it but Consulate genealogy vancouver sent it back to me two times. Imagine two times. I am so angry and disappointed. They want this seal or stamp by RCMP. Does anyone know where exactly I can get my finger prints? Can I get it to any local police department? Any idea?
Thanks guys
