NBI - please help,!

hello everyone!

can someone shed light on this,,,, please...

I received my MR dated march 29, 2011.. Along with the letter, the CEM asked me to submit additional forms and documents like NBI and police certificate both for me and my spouse. My spouse is in Saudi ARabia right now. Question is, How could he possibly process his NBI here in the Philippines without going back home? any suggestion, please?

same came with me.. but i didn't go home for my NBI. You can do one thing, tell your husband to go to the nearest consulate in Saudi and ask the procedure for NBI processing... They will ask him for finger printing. Then once he's done, he will send it to you the details for the finger prints /processing. That is the first option. But for me, I asked my cousin in the Philippines a favor second option : I sent him my OLD NBI COPY along with my I.D, and authorization letter. Then after 3 working days, he got my NBI. If you know someone inside the procedure is fast if no, go to the first option.
