Nbi letter of explanation

Paano po pag no pending case remark sa NBI? Nagrequest ako ng letter explanation regarding sa remark ko sa NBI main pero di cila basta magbigay kung wala raw request ang embassy. Ang problema di naman nagbigay ang embassy ng request letter hanggang narefused work permit ko punta sana ng Canada. Nagtataka ako kung bakit di sila di nagbigay ng request letter sa NBI para gawan ako sa NBI ng explanation letter ko regarding sa remark ko. Ano po masasabi nyo dun? Any idea for possible solution guys? Thank you.
 
hi guys anyone have a sample explanation letter how you deliver your explanation and how you started the draft? hindi ko lang alam simulan although is says it needs the details as follows:

Your own detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the case(s) listed in the
NBI certification (i.e., specific information on date(s)/time(s), place(s), person(s)
involved; how events transpired; legal actions involved; resolution or termination of
the case;)

baka meron kayo pa pm naman sakin template or sample letter palitan ko na lang yung details.

i have a request letter from CIC and will be getting an NBI certification from main office tapos gagawa pa daw ako ng explanation letter in my own words. baka may nakagawa na dyan patingen sample

sir nag request po b kyo sa cic para mbigyan kyo ng letter ng cic para makakuha ng nbi letter
 
I badly need help.
Need clarification regarding this matter.
Is NBI clearance and NBI certificate is different?
My NBI clearance stated no derogatory record. Do I still need to make a written explanation? Is noderogatory recors different from no criminal record?

No derogatory is clear no need further docs dyan. No criminal record or pending case ang may further review docs needed.
