Buti n lng nag update sila after 3 months since March 14 n napasa nmin iung add doc n mali daw napasa nmin, nag final request sila June 26 at pinasa nmin July 05

hindi ko alam kung ano yung nature why it says "no criminal record" but i remember meron isang from Pinas din, no criminal record, meron syang court records and everything na acquitted na kasama sa application pero binigyan pa din ng procedural fairness letter, so pinadala nya ulit lahat tapos affidavit din like what you did. nag DM sya tapos mga 2 months na yata wala pa PPR so feeling nya rejection yung DM. hindi ko na alam ano nangyari sa kanya parang hindi na nagupdate e.

since may anak kayo, have you officially asked for humanitarian and compassionate processing? if hindi naman seryoso yung crime nya or if there is just a mix up at wala naman talaga syang crime, malaki chance na maconsider kayo from that.

Wala kaming lawyer.., kumuha lng kmi lawyer nung nagpa notarize si hubby ng affidavit of explanation nya about s remarks s nbi nya.,

Hindi ako nag asked nun..sana nga unay diyos kasi napa walang sala xiah..dasal na lng

Hello jannangela paano ung sa akin napagbintangan lang nag direct siya sa Nbi pero nagclosed nacya so i cannot provide any dismissal kasi walang naging kaso

Dasal na lang talaga ang kelaingan ko now ippasa ko today via email nagcomplain directly sa nbi after that ngkakatatak sa nbi wala naman naging kaso wala lahat .
 
Simple lng po no criminal records means no worry depende na kung may makikita silang suspicious sa application .

Lets keep praying nlng po sna maaprove prn mga asawa ntn with nbi remarks.. it depends prn tlga s visa officer.. i read this s site ng cic
