NBI (form and fingerprint card) please help

hi, i will almost apply my PR in Canada and want to know if u know how to get a NBI form and fingerprint card. I know that i need to go to Vancouver for those forms but the problem is i am really far from Vancouver and need to fly which will cost me a lot of money. does anybody know if there is any way to get those form without going to consulate in Vancouver. i saw on the web that there is a embassy in Calgary and in Edmonton, is it possible that they will give a form if i go there personally?
and is it possible that my relative in Philippines can get a NBI clearance for me? if yes, what should i do?
please help. any comment is appreciated.

have you tried asking the philippine embassy there? maybe they can help you..

hi there! im trying to call the embassy in calgary and in edmonton but nobody is answering. i was wondering maybe they dont entertain on the phone and needs to go there personally. i have a friend in vancouver you think she can get a form and fingerprint card for me?

I think that's not possible.because the new nbi clearance has a fingerprinting with biometrics.

ok..so i download a form from the nbi website..but it dont have a fingerprint box..does it work?

I'm not sure.try to print it and then fill up the form and submit it there no harm in trying..
