Strictly required po ang thumbmark sa nbi natin, nakasulat sa Special Notes and Considerations.
lagyan nyo ng thumbmark then raise CSE asap

Case enquiry po. Nagssubmit nun pag naipasa na ang application at may mga konting changes sa docs nyo na gusto nyong i raise sa ircc.

Okay na po nalagyan ko na ng thumbmark and signature the same day kase binalikan ko agad sa post office and luckily dpa napipick-up.. Thanks po anyway

You have to sign po to the space provided beside your thumbmark.

Hello po. Ask ko po sana if you have any updates about sa NBI clearance na ini-issue sa mga OFW na kung walang thumbmark sa tabi ng QR code, pwedeng ako nalang maglagay gamit own ink pad ko? Pati na rin kung pwede kung ilagay signature ko gamit ballpen? Salamat po.

Yes po pwede. I did the same thing. in black ink yung thumbmark and signature.

I notice just now that yung NBI po na sinubmit ko ay hindi visible yung dry seal?

Would this be a problem down the line po? What do you think po?

So reading from above posts, most advise to just put the thumbprint yourself. What is a dry seal ? Does anyone have a link for how the NBI clearance certificate should look like ? My wife has received her's yesterday & it does not have fingerprint or dry seal. It just weird why NBI is not doing it themselves if it is a requirement rather than aspirants having to tamper the original copy. We are just worried in case they find out it could mean misrepresentation.

Dry seal is the mark embossed in the paper - try to examine the document closely, and make sure you can feel it with your hands on the left hand side. If it is not there, then she may need to go to any NBI clearance centers or the embassy to have the dry seal embossed.

Thank you for the advise. Will check & for fingerprint you suggest she just put it herself next to the QR code in black ink ?
