NBI Clearance purpose (Philippines)

My wife received her NBI clearance but on the form the purpose it says "local employment" rather than "canada visa". Is this incorrect? Can we submit this form anyway or do we need to get a new one?

You can't submit that form. If you don't want delays on our application you get a new one this time it should say "for Canda application of permanent residence" and then red submit I. If you already submit your app and you already got your AOR you should re submitted new nbi and make sure to write the file number.
