Does anyone in this forum went through of getting NBI Clearance from Pinas while living in Canada or abroad? Can you please share your experience for the benefits of all Filipinos that need NBI Clearance while living outside Philippines.

hello po! in my case nakakuha ako ng NBI Clearance from Manila, ang pagkakaalam ko merong 2 ways: ang unang way (eto ang ginawa ko) is kumuha ako ng NBI application form sa embassy dito sa Seoul, then nagbayad ko sa embassy ng 25$ (mahal!!), sila na ang nag-thumbmark sakin, then pinirmahan nila and seal na galing talaga ng Seoul ung form. then I sent that form to my sister in manila, siya ang nagapply ng clearance sa nbi mismo, nagbayad ulit siya dun ng 150php ata. take note, dapat specified sa purpose eh VISA FOR CANADA. also, gumawa din ako ng 2 authorization letters for my sister, one for application of clearance and one for claiming.

second way is online application sa nbi website, hindi ko kabisado ung procedure, pero meron silang ganung service, hindi ko lang alam magkano ang payment and gaano katagal ang processing.

Punta ka po sa embassy. Sa sg kasi meron don nag fifinger prints tapos papadala mo nalang sa kamaganak mo sa pinas at sila na papuntahin mo sa nbi.
