Hi to you all,

I have a quick question regarding the Declaration of Commitment and the Length of Stay in NB

What would be the minimum time to stay in New Brunswick after landing and all the process? When can you think about moving out to another province?

I mean, probably the job market is not so good at the moment, except fort IT guys, so what if you don't get a job within 6-9 months? are you not allowed to move because of this declaration of commitment?

Thanks in advance for your feedback..

There are countries where they don't have a national ID in place, so we usually rely on passports to cover that requirement.

i guess its optional just print your passport all pages its a form of ID

hi everyone,

I hope you can help me with this problem..I already attended the information session here in the Philippines last month, after I was interviewed I got an ITA, giving me 45 days to comply and submit my requirements.

unfortunately, last july 22, I was expected to submit them. But i wasn't able to do so because I still lack other reqs.

what shall i do? can i still submit them even if it's already late? or shall I submit another EOI?

thanks guys. i would really appreciate any help you could extend. God bless :)

First of all, NB wants all of us to stay in the province. That's you they selected us. But if you really want to move then you have to evaluate yourself according to your NOC and find out where to move. All the best.

in the Consent Form for Skilled Worker Applicants
they asked for a contact person on the jobs and school and i dont have it now it is been a log time

I already applied with OINP

Should I bother with NB or they sure are to reject my application if they find out?

They will defo find out. If you look at the guide of NB Express Entry (6th page), it' clearly written as followed:

Applications are not accepted from applicants who:
• Have an application in process under another immigration program in Canada;

All the best.
