Hi,

My wife (PA) attended the information session and got ITA, even though wife's profession is not in demand (NOC 2145)

We understand that after submitting our paperwork, we have to wait for ITA from CIC. So the question is, once you submit all your paperwork to NB Government, is there any possibility that they can reject the application since the profession is not in demand? Or NB just proceed to nominate you straight to CIC after checking your documents and make sure they are properly sent, in order to perform the next steps? i.e. get the 600 pts to your profile, wait for CIC to invite you in the next draw, etc

No, they will not reject as long as all the papers are right and submitted according to the checklist.

No there isn't. You have to use the same form and instead of your name you will have to use spouse's name. All the best.

Its mentioned in the checklist no.14 fifth point,, for me i have 2 ids . One from my country and one in UAE..so i'll submit first one

There are countries where they don't have a national ID in place, so we usually rely on passports to cover that requirement.

Should I bother with NB or they sure are to reject my application if they find out?
