i have one friend is currently is doing this investment

no need to stay there, it just need:
a prove for spending these amount in the business in the 3 years from your landing and you will get 3 years PR validity
to hire at 2 British guys full time for one year at least

if you get the above , you will be eligible to get extension for 2 years PR
after that your will get indefinite PR
and after one year of it you can apply for citizenship
