Hello,

Can you please help me clarify the following:

Are you a naturalized Canadian or permanent resident? YES or NO

My case: I landed as a PR in Canada in 2012 on federal skilled worker class. Was not sponsored by anyone. Still have not got my citizenship yet.

So what do I answer to the question? I am a naturalized PR ? YES or NO?

Please help and oblige

Thanks

You can't be a naturalized PR, only a naturalized citizen. The question is asking you if you are a naturalized citizen OR a PR, not a naturalized PR. You are a PR, so you choose yes.

Hi, @MilesAway is correct.
You seem to be confuse.
So:
-Naturalized Citizen (Person born in another country who became a PR in Canada and has received citizenship)
-Permanent Resident (PR) (Person born in another country who became a PR.

The question clearly states:

Are you a naturalized citizen OR a permanent resident?

In your case, you are a permanent resident so your answer should be YES.

THERES IS NO SUCH A THING AS A NATURALIZED PERMANENT RESIDENT! where did you took that from?

Read carefully the questions and you'll see :)

Good luck and God bless
