I'm in a similar situation, I lived in Cuba till 2007 and when I left I got a police clearance certificate. Now I live in another country but just got the ITA, I still have the PCC from 2007 and getting a new one from Cuba is quite a hassle as I live now in Asia and they don't have a consulate in my country. Wondering if I should only upload the one I got in 2007 or see what I can do in 90 days

If you got one from Cuba which is dated after the date when you left Cuba, you should be good.
