Random update:
My account has gone to final review about a week ago, all my forms and everything I sent states “meets requirements”. Thank god nothing more will need to be sent. How long was it for everyone else after it went to final review did it take to get a report?

Hi all,
First time posting here. I will be moving to Canada in Jan 2020. I am a UK registered nurse with 5 years experience. I will be studying an MSc but as I understand the NNAS process can be long, I would like to start the process. The governing body in the UK, the NMC, do not fill in forms and only offer a "certificate of current professional status." Has anyone been successful in applying or have any experience from the UK?
Thanks!

Hi, congratulations on the final step of the NNAS journey! If possible, please share when you initially opened your NNAS account/application, and when your application went into "Ready for Review" before it went to "Final Review" status. This info will greatly help some of us who are still a few steps into NNAS process.
Thank you! :)

My application is finally Ready to Review.... did anyone have this portion of the process go relatively quickly?
Congratulations! You've almost completed your NNAS process. If possible, please share your timeline, in terms of the date you applied to NNAS initially, and date when your application went into "Ready for Review" status.
Thank you in advance!

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share that my application had been in "Ready for Review" status for about 7 weeks now, with all of my individual requirements as "Meets requirement" status. Yesterday, I received an email from an NNAS evaluator that I'm missing additional education information from my school and my NNAS application went into "Not ready for transfer- waiting for document". I emailed evaluator back stating that my nursing school provided NNAS with all necessary/applicable forms, etc., syllabi of each course, official transcripts, etc. Evaluator hasn't replied yet to my email.

I was wondering if this has happened to some of you, where an evaluator has emailed you directly and has provided their direct phone number and email address for future correspondence.
Also, is having an evaluator who is directly addressing me regarding my application a good sign to indicate that my application (after I clear her concern) is moving forward to completion for an advisory report?

Please help.
Thank you.

Something tells me I have quite a ways to go yet but my timeline so far is this ...
Application opened June 14th, all forms received by August 9th, one of my school documents was not acceptable for them, and I had it sent ASAP, According to my tracking number they received it September 2nd, did not acknowledge that they received it, document showed that is was ready for authentication on October 20th and today it was changed to ready to review. Hope this helps. I know I always like to see other people’s timelines.... somehow it gives me hope.... lol

Thank you for sharing timeline! It really does help, even to just see how things are moving forward in the process. I know each case is unique and different, but it's nice to see timeline, nonetheless. :)

Hello guys,
I wanted to know if 'Ready for evaluation' is the last status update before we get our advisory report or if there is/are more status update/s.
I've had ready for evaluation, for all my documents, since Aug 6th 2019. Haven't heard anything from NNAS since.

Hello everyone!
I’m in the process of filling out my NNAS application form to nurse in Canada. I am from Australia and am finding PART C difficult to answer. I have contacted NNAS via email but have had no reply.
In Part C it says to:
- Enter the complete and formal name of the nursing registration/licensing examination you have completed.
- How many times did you write this nursing registration/licensing examination?
- What date did you write this nursing registration/licensing examination?
- Date when you successfully completed (passed) the examination?
- Name of the jurisdiction administering this examination?
In Australia we don’t have to sit for something like the NCLEC. We pass all our University assignments and exams over the duration of the 3yr Bachelor of Nursing course.
Then we fill out forms to AHPRA which is the registration board (we don’t have to sit an exam) and pay a yearly fee (given you have no restrictions in the past year on your registration). Every year we have to pay a fee and just declare we have worked a certain number of hours and we are good to remain registered.

Can somebody (maybe from Australia) clarify what they mean by this question, so I am able to complete this application asap.
Thanks!
Hi wells83 - did you ever find out the answer to this question? i'm now wondering the same thing.
