You can get the status by calling CNO. Nevertheless, they will keep you on hold for 45 min before your turns comes up. The receiver at the other end fetches your file & inform that if any doc is missing & required or all papers are complete and they are reviewing it. They wont give timelines.

getting the status by email may take 2 to 4 weeks and that too you may not get in end.

When CNO is looking at your work experience you wont hear anything until they are finished and you get a letter in the mail.

Hi,

I'm currently in the process for NNAS evaluation. I have a question about the mailing address where the documents will be sent to.
On the form it was stated to send the documents to this address:

National Nursing Assessment Service

Post Office Box 8658

Philadelphia, PA 19101-8658, USA

However, I was informed by the University that they have been using this address:

NATIONAL NURSING ASSESSMENT SERVICE

3600 MARKET STREET, SUITE 400

PHILADELPHIA, PA 19104-2651, USA

Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Yes that is extremely fast. For some people, it takes up to six months. I expect though that as more and more people submit their education to NNAS, NNAS will become faster because they already know what result they will give you if someone with the same education from the same university has already been assessed. At least, it should get faster. If it doesn't, we should be suspicious. So ti is possible that someone from your school and year of graduation has already submitted their info and got their Advisory Report, and NNAS only took a few days to look over your documents with no need for an in-depth review. Just my guess.

...it turns out that Employment request forms cant be printed,cause when i tried to download it only a blank papers with NNAS logo on it. can anyone please help me what to do please? thanks in advance

You will need to call NNAS Customer Service and ask them to email the forms to you. You will not be able to proceed without being able to send them to Philippines. For these sorts of easy things, they are usually helpful. (855) 977-1898.

Well im going to do a follow up call to see if they have everything they need...i also sent my NCLEX pass and a copy of my PR so they wont need to ask for those

I assume you are talking about CNO..Since when you are waiting for the CNO result ?
