Generic Application Form ask for the National IDs. Is it mandatory to provide a national ID? What could be a national ID and what if I dont have any national ID?

Request all to advise on this issue.

just put not applicable if u don't have national ID. some people used their Canadian driving license but it is not a national id

There's a checkbox where u can check 'yes' or 'no', simply check 'no'.
