Hello!

My Mom from the Philippines have a National ID but the ID doesn't have an expiry date. In form IMM 0008 expiry date is a required field. What should I put in if there's no expiry date?

Is her driver's license also considered to be National ID?

Normally a Drivers License is not what they mean by national identity document. IRCC typically means an official document like a passport but is only used inside of the home country. Many countries call that a local passport or national identity card (ie Ukraine has a local and international passport).

Oh okay. They actually have a Philippines Identification Card which is what I thought would be more appropriate to put as her National Identity Document but it doesn’t have an expiration date.
