Hi All,

I am a Indian and my spouse is a Canadian citizen. We are preparing for my PR application under Spousal Sponsorship. The document checklist requires me to provide copies of national identity cards. Can anyone please tell me which Indian document would be recognized as a national identity card. Is Voter's Card absolutely necessary or Aadhaar/PAN Card would also work?

Thank you for the support.

1. Re-read the phrase, as India doesn't have National Identity documents, so you can put N/A in the space.

@PMM - Thank you for your response. I have one more doubt, on the country specific document this is what it says specifically about the voter's card.
