American Husband has a dual citizenship with germany.
He lived in germany from 2001-2006
From what I read germans 16 years and older are required to have one. Well he was 13 when he left germany for the u.s permanently So he doesnt have one.
Should I just put no and explain why he doesnt have one ?
Yeah answer seems to be pretty obvious haha but just want to do everything right!

Yes, you should include explanation, for the reasons that you already mentioned.

There is no need to explain why he doesn't have one. Just put No.
