National Identity Document, NEED HELP?

I AM FROM INDIA, AND I HAVE PAN CARD, BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND VOTER CARD. ARE THESE CARD ACCEPTED AS NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENTS BUT ALSO NONE OF THEM HAS ISSUE OR EXPIRY DATE AS IT REQUIRES ON FORM IMM 0008.PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO, IF SOMEBODY APPLIED ALREADY UNDER CEC.

I think u can keep passport also as national identity document.
I have done same for my wife, since she don't have any other documents like driver license etc.,
If u have DL , u can keep it as we'll.

BODY PASSPORT IS NOT A NATIONAL IDENTITY , PP IS JUST A TRAVEL DOCUMENTS .AND MOST OF THE NATIONAL IDENTITY HAS NO EXPIRE DATE .YOU FROM INDIA AS MUCH I KNOW INDIA HAS NOT YET CITIZENSHIP CARD , IF CIC ASK YOU CAN SUBMIT THAT YOUR PAN / OR RASAN CARD OR VOTERS CARD AND EXPLAIN THEM ABOUT IT AS A NATIONAL IDENTITY .WHILE FILING GENERIC FORM FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY FORM EVEN THERE IS NO EXPIRE DATE FOR NATIONAL IDENTITY COLUMN YOUR FORM WILL BE VALID DON'T WORRY .

I SUGGEST BETTER FILL THAT COLUMN ACCORDING TO YOUR VOTERS CARD ITS OK VOTERS CARD STILL VALID AS A INDIAN IDENTITY / IF YOU LEAVE BLANK IT MEANS YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PROVE U WERE INDIAN / DON'T FORGET TO SEND XEROX COPY OF THOSE CARDS TOO . FOR PERSONNEL HISTORY INSERT ANOTHER PAGE ITS OK CIC OFFICERS ARE WELL TRAINED AND AWESOME TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT IT / U CAN PRINT BLANK COPY OF SAME PAGE AND U CAN WRITE REMAINING HISTORY COLUMN OR YOU CAN WRITE ON PLAIN PAPERS OR ATTACH WITH APPLICATION ITS UP TO YOU .JUST WRITE ON THOSE PAGE BY HAND,,,,,, ANOTHER PAGE ATTACHED .

ADHAR CARD is national identity doc in India .
if you have keep blank in the relevant fileds.

Sorry. Beg to dis agree.

India does not have any National Identity Doc till date (except for Passport). Indian DL, PAN Card, Ration Card, Voter ID - none of these qualify to be NID. Even the Adhaar Card (UID) as on date is not a NID. The vision of the Govt is to make it a NID but it has a long way to go.

So India is currently piloting an ID Card System which is ADHAAR UID.

Mark that you do not have a National ID.
