Is there a National Identifcation Document for the Philippines. My wife has a Social Security System (SSS) card with bar codes, but no issue date or expiry date . She does not have drivers licence , so what else can she use or does she indicate NO to the question please . Will appreciate any answers on this from anyone. Thanksrjessome said:Both.

So since there is no National ID for the Philippines would my wife be right to say NO in the box, which greys out the rest of the boxes. Am I right on this please
