Is there a National Identifcation Document for the Philippines. My wife has a Social Security System (SSS) card with bar codes, but no issue date or expiry date . She does not have drivers licence , so what else can she use or does she indicate NO to the question please . Will appreciate any answers on this from anyone. Thanks

Hi Pelipeli,

So since there is no National ID for the Philippines would my wife be right to say NO in the box, which greys out the rest of the boxes. Am I right on this please

Thanks
