Name was spelled wrong on WES Assessment. Anyone could help???

Hi Guys,

My friend found out his first name was spelled wrong on his WES Assessment, and he contacted with WES through the website several times. He waited for 3-4 months now; however, he didn't received any response from WES. Did anyone have the same issue? Anyone could give any advices? PLEASE HELP!!!

maybe your friend can try calling them directly

mail or courier them the documents( passport copy to show first name) with cover letter along with a copy of WES report. they will correct them and mail back to the applicant
