For example if name is on

My Indian passport has: Singriwala Rob Singh Hari
Citizenship letter : Singriwala Rob Singh

"Hari" was dropped on Citizenship letter, same with PR card

Will i face any problem when applying for OIC, heard that name should be complete match.

you should not have problem.
PR card has name length limitation.
citizenship cert, i am not sure.

Such name(s?) will only give you nothing but hassles in this country.

You will find yourself more welcoming if you are Rob Singh instead. Just a suggestion no offense.
