Name Spelled wrong on Ecas - Should i be worry

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me. I received an Aor with right name but my ecas got active with Wrong spelling name. Should I be worry about this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Actually wrong, or just truncated?

If it's not truncated (which is due to lack of space), then contact them and inform of the problem.

Thank you for your reply. Yes it's miss spelled with different letter. So I will call and send an email.

Don't be surprised if you have to call them multiple times. They botched my named in Ecas as well and I had to call them like 4 times to get it right. It's not a huge deal, just a pain in the butt to have to make the calls continually
