Name problem

Hey guys,
Me and my friend both of us had applied in scotcia bank for GIC program and both of us does not have surname on our passport.When we get mail from them my name is written as Mr. Jaskiratsingh jaskiratsingh and his name is Mr. Rupinderjit singh.Why only my name appeared two times..plzz help guys

Obviously he mentioned Singh in the account opening forms as bank itself could not import "Singh"
You mentioned only single name so your name repeated

If there is space between jaskirat and singh then where i have to write singh

If there is space between jaskirat and singh then where i have to write singh

then it's not single name. You have to see how they are written on your passport. Probably you will find "jaskirat" in given name field and "Singh" in surname/family name field

Or if you have on your passport "jaskirat singh" in the surname field and the given name field is empty then your bank account should have the same I think
