Name on WES application different from name on degrees

Yes, the name on your WES application should be the same as the names on your degrees, unless the names on your degrees is different from the name on your passport, then you might have to use the name on your passport (or even the degree names, it's entirely up to you). Just make sure to get an affidavit for one and the same name, which confirms that all the names (degree, passport, etc) belong to you.

All my documents have my post marital name except degrees. So as per you I can go with name as on passport so that Wes report and passports are in sync. Please confirm.

Hi I have the same situation as you do. I had my premarital name on degrees so I used that for WES and I have my marital surname on passports and the IRCC application. I merely attached my marriage certificate in the Change of name spot upon submission for Express entry. It worked fine. No questions asked.

The names on all Educational documents should be same else WES will mention this on your ECA report.
So better file an affidavit along with transcripts.
