Name on TRV not matches with passport

I have applied for my son’s visit visa. When I applied I made a mistake in spelling of his first name. Visa is approved but the name on the trv is incorrect. Name didn’t matches with passport. Name on the application and on trv is Muhmmad. The name on passport is Muhammad.

Any suggestions how I can make this mistake correct?
