Name on documents

Hello!

I got married on Dec 2018. I have applied to Express entry with my husband as primary applicant. We are showing proof funds from a gift deed from my parents. So when they are drafting the deed should they write my last name of that my husband or should they write the maiden name?

Since I have not changed in my passport my last name (its still is maiden name). Only my marriage statement states that now my last name is changed to (my husband's last name)

Hi,

Same name as per passport is to be mentioned on the gift deed.
Also, you can make a same name affidavit that mentions your passport name and marriage certificate name, upload it in LOE section
