Name on Citizenship Test

Hey friends
My question is about name on citizenship test
Is our information already filled on test or do we have to fill it on the Test Sheet?
If we have to fill it, what should i do, I only wrote as Family Name Cheire Kaur on citizenship application and nothing on given or first name?
Do i only write Cheire Kaur(family or last name) Blank (First name)

Doesn't matter really.
You'll also write your UCI in the answer sheet. They will easily link your answers to your person and your application regardless of what you do.

I am just worried, because of same thing they didn’t find my fingerprints i had to send them fingerprint receipt for DCN number, then they sent me test invite

You don’t have to be worried. There would be instructors to help you. The officer will call you for an interview once they have your results ready. Don’t worry!

P.S. Please share your experience with your friends; who would then share with their friends. There are a lot of no-name candidates around.
