Its not a problem. If its close with the other names. You can always give an additional letter if you think its necessary , attested by a notary stating all these names belongs to one person.
General workaround is to mention this in the explanation letter or the ideal way is to give the alternate names used in the application form and attach a self declaration or by any Government authority states , these are the names of the same person.
I had the same issue, in the passport its the full name ( First name + Fathers name + family name) and in the educational records its First name+ initials , in experience letters its First name + First word of the family name etc....
I added these names in the alternate names used + I just gave a self declaration in front of a notary stating all names belongs to me and its customary to use these names in our region.
