Name Mixed Up Post AOR

Guys I am having some issues! Need advice if someone experiences this or have any knowledge. Our application is Mixed up with first and last name, now we received a biometric and medical with wrong sequence of name and I don't know what to do basically in passport the given name section has full name and Surname is left black and now all the communication we are getting they using last name as first name and first name as last name.

We already received medical and biometric request!!! please advice what should we do or what would the immigration office do ?

Hi, I have made a same mistake in my Spousal sponsorship application.
Made spelling mistake in Given name. I spelled Kayva instared of Kavya. I have submitted Webform stating that, there is a mistake in the Given name field.

I have only received AOR and not anythong else. I linked my profile with my CIC account too.

I am just worried that what if I recieve medical and Bio Metric with wrong name and if it could get stuck in between.

Please let me know what happened in your application. If there is anything else I can do about it.
