Is it transcripted differently? like Dmitriy and Dmitrii? or competely different name?
If it's only a matter of transcription - don't bother, use your passport name.

In passport Mohammad is written and in degree and transcripts Mohd is written.

Use your passport name, and while applying to EE just attach LOE.
