Name mismatch

My name in all my educational certificate(like 10th std ,12 th std and UG degree) is Prabu. A but in my passport it is Prabu anandan . Also in IELTS it suggested to fill the name as mentioned in passport . Now while filing ECA what name should I mention . Can someone help me here please
