Name mismatch in Passport and Educational Documents

Hello Senior members - I need someone to help me with below issue:

My name in passport is not matching with the name in educational documents.

Name in Passport: Babeesh Cherukutty
Name in Educational Documents: Babeesh C

Basically, it is just the initials in Educational documents and full name in Passport. Is this an issue to process my application with IRCC?

Get an affidavit, duly notarized, which states that it's one and the same person.

Are you a Keralite btw? :)

If your school transfer certificate or Birth certificate says your fathers name is Cherukutty then there is no issues

On both of these certificates it's just the intials, not the full name. Is there any way I can reapply for the birth certificate?

Go to your closest Advocate notary who will do it.

Your certificate will have your Fathers name... as a column ?
 
hi,
I am having a same issue with my father's name(kumar/bhai).this is common in gujarat.
My passport/birth certi name: akashkumar shaileshkumar patel
all other documents/(educational): akashkumar shaileshbhai patel
Will notarized affidavit resolve this conflict?
