Name issue

I had problem regarding my name in my passport my first name was Mohmmad but in my all other documents it MD. For that I have changed and reissue my passport by using MD as first name. For that reason do I need to submit explanation later as my previous passports had validity and visa too. Or will it be any issue further process?

Do you have any formet for LOE regarding this issue? And will it be any issue further if I submit LOE.
Or if my spouse became first applicant do I need to do the same
