Hello Dear,
I am going to sponsor my wife for her PR application.I am planning to send my application package by the next 3/4 days.I wrote a cover letter explaining the reasons of 2 discrepancy in my documents. So,I thought it is better to inform them in advance.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regards to my mother’s name and my ex-spouse’s name.
1. The name of my ex-spouse is X Y (According to her passport). But in the divorce letter her name was written –Mosammat X Y. Here “Mosammat” is a prefix usually used in Muslims women’s name. This is not a part of her name. So, please ignore if there is any discrepancy in my ex-spouse’s name.
2. According to my passport, My mother’s name is-Mrs. A B. Here my mother takes the last name of my Father (Md. Abdul B).
In Bangladesh; women usually adopt the husband's surname or family-name as their own. So, B is not her real surname. So, please ignore if there is any discrepancy in my mother’s last name.
Thank you.
Regards,
