CIC requested for my spouse' medical examination as below on December 21, 2015.
"Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination."
But, medical examination results for me and my spouse was sent by Medical clinic on JULY.
I investigate why this situation is happened.
As a result, my spouse's name on IMM1017E (MEDICAL REPORT) is switched from Family name to Given name.
I checked name on my immigration application is written correctly. I don't know why this situation is occurred.
That's reason why CIC ask me to provide medical examination.
I replied name is switched on my spouse's document by email.
I wonder this is enough for the processing further.
I am getting worried about it.
Is there any way to fix this situation or anything else I can do?
Do I need to send a email to correct name on the document?
Please let me know.
