Name Discrepancy in WES

My wife has applied to WES for ECA, She has an additional name during our Marriage which was in our marriage certificate and her travelling documents but not on her credentials - WES has canceled her verification twice what can we do? without this she can not apply for PR

Did you try calling WES and explain your situation and see what proof they need to show both names are for same individual? if not, you may try that.

The name that will show on the WES certificate will be the name shown on the degree diploma, not your current name. If the names are similar this is acceptable, however if the names are different you must make this name change directly to the school and then issue a new diploma with the new name.

If you are able to convince WES of doing the evaluation without getting a new diploma it will still be issued under the old name and then you have to explain it to the officer in a letter of explanation.
