Name difference - Degree vs Passport

In my passport, my name is mentioned as [Surname] + [Given Name]
In my degree certificate, however, my name is mentioned as [Given Name]
But The ECA I got from WES has mentioned my name as [Surname] + [Given Name] same as that of Passport.

Furthermore, my all other documents, Employment Proof, Police Clearance Certificate, Medical Info, Salary Slips and Bank statements have the name as mentioned in the Passport [Given Name] + [Surname]. Only degree certificate doesn't contain my surname.

1. Will this pose any problem while verifying the Education section of my ITA documents?
2. If yes, then pls suggest how to fix this. (LoE, Affidavit or anything else)
3. If no, then do I need to mention this in the Personal Details section of ITA where there is option to inform about other names a person has been known for? Does not having your surname qualifies as a person with other name in this section?

Thank you.

I had the same issue.

Name on Degree: Initial + Given Name + Last Name
Name on Passport: Given Name + Last Name

What I did was, made a notorized affidavit and mentioned in that it should not be considered a name change but variation in the names of the same person. I also explained it in detail in LOE too.

If it matters to you, I have already passed my R10 check and meds. Waiting for the more stringent A11.2 check to commence.
