Name change

Dear Qorax

I am a new user planning to apply for PR in 2013. I have a name change (totally a different one) done after my graduation. So in my bachelors my name was say 'x', in my post graduation my name is 'y'. Should i get my name changed to 'y' in my bachelors graduation mark sheets/transcripts? Or only a name change gazetted copy annexure will do while am applying for the PR? Please help..

I'm also searching for answer, I'm in similar position where I even try and change my educational certificates and documents

And, when I asked UK uni. from where I've done masters, they completely refused to do the same. So what I can do in similar situation?
I'm very eager to understand how difficult would be PR filing process and life ahead in Canada with Indian gazette, how valid it is in other countries

my biggest worry is, not only while PR process but whether my employer and other places my qualification with old name will be considered?

I'm looking for urgent answers
