Name appeared in ny LMIA is not correct!

Hello anyone need help. My naned LMIA just received but my name appears my first and middle name only. Noy including my last name. I'm afraid i'll be having a problem when i apply for my work permit.

Better call cic about it. Sometimes their system cant fit your full name.
For ex. My work permit, my middle name is incomplete, its written in the card mar instead of marquez.
Then I called to the cic. They said it was correct in their system. It didnt only fit when they print it. Hehehe its weird.
