We come from all over the east and central African region and most of us have applied ‘independently’ (by this, I assume you mean we did not use agents). The Canadian High Commission in Nairobi as well as attending to residents and citizens of Kenya, serves the region and processes applications from Burundi, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mayotte, Reunion, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, Tanzania and Uganda.

Visa office in Nairobi.

I applied in Sept 06. Got my file number and prcessing started in Jan 07. Received a letter in Nov 08 (dated Oct) that this was my last chance to withdraw my application, after this they would request for my updated info. Its March 09 and nothing yet. Should I be worrried? What will be the next step from here?
